New Al Baraka Banking Group building reaches full height

The new head office of Al Baraka Banking Group located on the north island of Bahrain Bay recently achieved a significant milestone in its construction. The modern dual towers has reached full height of 42m above ground level and the last major structural pour of concrete occurred during the night on the 17th of October 2012. The topping out process went all night with 20 mixers placing 550m3 of concrete. Another major milestone was also met when the contractor installed the framework for the link bridges that join the two towers on the 23rd of December 2012.

The Development which will house the new head office of Al Baraka Bank Banking Group will also provide a further 14 prestigious commercial units on the iconic Bahrain Bay Development.

Al Baraka is a key component of the Bahrain Bay Master Plan and is a creation of the internationally renowned Enrico Mari Grego Architects who are also supervising the construction. Its location adjacent to one of the main entrances to Bahrain Bay provides the development with a significant presence particularly when viewed from the newly completed section of the North Manama Causeway.
