Project Overview:

Located on the South Island of the development, just North of South Green Park, the CIH commercial tower will enjoy unobstructed views of the park and the bay. Accessible via South Green Street, one of the four main road access points into the development, the project will bring attractive office floor space to the South island in a prime location.
The project is based on an octagonal floor plate that rotates counter clockwise with a substantial twist in the vertical axis towards the highest floor. The design of the building is unique in its structural design. Whereas the straightforward and linear core inside the building takes care of the structural integrity, the defining shape of the tower is articulated purely via the façade.
 
Four levels of underground parking complement the additional above ground parking located in the podium floors.
