Salhia Real Estate Company was created in Kuwait in 1974 by a group of prominent business then. In the 35 years since then it has expanded its role from being a key name in Middle East real estate to establishing a presence in worldwide, including in the UK and Germany.
The company is playing a key role in the development of Bahrain Bay by financing the construction of the $125 million Salhia Tower.
The 33 storey circular tower will be home to both retail and commercial tenants and include over 900 underground car parking spaces. In total it will have over 48,000 sq.ft. of space.
The ground floor will cover over 8000 s.q m. of retail space which will house prestigious international brands. Accessed by its own entrance, the retail area will also contain a food court, leisure facilities and communal areas.
The tower’s circular construction will provide stunning 360 degree views across the whole of Bahrain Bay. The design has also incorporated elevators which provide excellent panoramic views as they ascend as well as a number of terraces offering differing vistas of the Bay and beyond.
