Cooperation Investment House is a major name in Middle East Investment and is a very high profile presence in the development of Bahrain Bay.

To assert its importance to the economy of Bahrain  the Cooperation Investment House has commissioned the construction of a new headquarters which promises to be one of the most breathtaking examples of real estate in the Middle East.

Using an eye catching “corkscrew “ design, the building consists of 33 storeys accessed by 12 high speed passenger lifts. Entrance to the building is via an imposing vestibule with mezzanine above.

To accommodate the users of the building, there will be space for a total of almost 1400 cars.
