The Shaza Hotel Group is a brand that expresses all that is best about traditional Middle Eastern hospitality.
As one of the key hotel investors in the Bahrain Bay Development Shaza has commissioned a luxury hotel that will welcome visitors from near and far with 270 rooms and 27 luxurious apartments spread over a total floor area of 44,400 sq.m.
Combining contemporary styling, a strong sense of the company’s Eastern roots and a commitment to environmental sustainability the hotel is sure to be one of the true landmark sites in Bahrain Bay.
Wherever possible, environmentally-friendly products are being used in the hotel’s construction and waste construction materials are being recycled to prevent over use of landfill.
Once it is welcoming guests, the hotel’s aim is to reduce energy and water savings by between 20% and 50% including the use of renewable power such as solar panels.
It is the hotel’s ultimate aim to achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the United States Green Building Council.
